Point Grey Road

Zebiak worked in conjunction with ETRO construction to lift and move a heritage house on a very unique piece of property near Kits beach on Vancouver’s prestigious Point Grey Road. The house moved 30 feet North and 80 feet West to the absolute corner of the property. This movement allowed for the subdivision of this property into 5 lots (1 with Heritage House, and 4 new lots for new construction).
